Papa Bread Soes


Ingredients A:
100 gr butter
110 ml water
1 tsp salt
Ingredients B:
120 gr all purpose flour
3 eggs
How to make soes:
Combine the A ingredients in saucepan used medium heat. Bring to boil.
Pour the flour into it, stir well used wooden spoon vigorously until blended and remove from heat.
Continue stirring until mixture leaves sides of pand and forms a ball. Set aside, cooled.
Pour the eggs one by one and beat it until incorporated.
Make the soes pure (puff) at the greased pan. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Topping Ingredients:
50 gr butter
50 gr sugar
1 tbsp water
50 gr all purpose flour
How to Make Topping:
Combine all of the ingredients and beat it until soft.
Put in the piping bag, and make a topping on the top of soes puree that already in the greased pan.
Baked at 180C for 35 minutes or until baked.
Vla Ingredients:
250 gr Dark Cooking Chocolate (DCC)
200 gr whipcream (beat until peak)
100 gr milk
How to Make Vla:
Mix the DCC and milk into saucepan, use low-
medium heat, stir until melted. Set aside. Cooled.
Mix with the cream, stir well. Ready to use as
filling.
Filled the puff used this filling. Serve it!
